Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation for safety and security reasons or in justified circumstances beyond the tour operator’s control, the affected guest/s shall have the option to rebook their tour schedule or apply for a refund. In case a refund is an option, only 80% of the amount shall be refunded; 20% shall compensate for supplementary charges such as permit payment, guide fee, charges and others. Any alterations or requests to change the details of your bookings must be done in writing. Possible charges may apply for alternations. These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time. All confirmed/ paid day tour packages shall be subject to the following charges per person:

Seven (7) days prior to tour dates -20%
One (1) day prior to tour dates -70%
On/ during the scheduled tours -100% cancellation/ no refund
Force majeure -full refund can be made except for a 10% admin fee.
